HOT SPRINGS | Southern Hills Economic Development Corp. recently celebrated Fall River Health Services’ $10,000 membership investment in economic development. The check was presented by Fall River Health Services Board President Rich Olstad to Kelly Cape, board president of Southern Hills Economic Development.
“It’s fantastic to have this level support from the largest employer in the county,” Cape said.
SHEDCO Director Andrea Powers noted the events that Fall River Health Services has hosted for the community as well as their participation in the Build Dakota Road Show held at Oelrichs High School.
“Lori Allen, director of Patient Care Services, spoke with seniors who are interested in the nursing profession and left a positive impression of her career field and the opportunities in Fall River County,” Powers said. She also said that she receives event posts from the Marketing Director Tiffany Robertson.
“We push the posts out through social marketing to increase public knowledge of the great things happening here in the Southern Hills,” Powers said, noting she hoped SHEDCO could find more opportunities to partner with Fall River Health Services in the future.
