When I was searching for the perfect location to grow our call center I was focused on finding the best people first, Rapid City seemed like the most obvious choice. In addition to having a large labor pool, close proximity to an airport was crucial to giving our clients easy access to us. South Dakotans are both reliable and loyal employees who are having a positive impact both locally and globally. I know, because I am one, although I didn't grow up in South Dakota I was educated here, receiving my MBA in Executive Management, and chose to stay for more than just the employment opportunities, it's also a great place to live and raise a family.
