The Rushmore Region Economic Development Alliance was created to stimulate and increase business investments in the Black Hills, the “Rushmore Region” of western South Dakota. We unite Butte, Custer, Fall River, Lawrence, Meade, and Pennington counties with Rapid City and surrounding Black Hills communities to attract, grow, and sustain high-impact businesses.
