Recognized by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development as South Dakota’s only certified light industrial park located West River, the Wall Industrial Park offers direct access to Interstate 90, regional air and rail networks. The park is shovel-ready for construction on any of its remaining lots that vary in size from approximately two to ten acres. Operations in manufacturing and production, precision agriculture, bio-science and wholesale/distribution may be eligible for a wide variety of state and local incentives, making it easier for companies to reinvest in growth.
